By placing an order with Imagine Seven Studios LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Each pair of custom kicks is individually designed and created by hand. Because these products are personalized, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or detail may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Customers must provide accurate design instructions, colors, names, dates, themes, reference images, and other requested details before work begins.

When a digital mockup or design preview is included, production will begin only after the customer approves it. Mockups are visual guides and may not perfectly represent the finished hand-painted product.

The listed price includes one reasonable revision(s). Additional revisions or major design changes may require an added fee.

Imagine Seven Studios reserves the right to decline designs containing copyrighted characters, trademarks, team logos, brand names, celebrity images, or other protected material.

The customer is responsible for confirming that they have permission to use any submitted logo, photograph, artwork, or protected design. Imagine Seven Studios does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Full payment is required before materials are purchased or production begins unless a written payment arrangement is included on the customer’s invoice.

Orders are not officially scheduled until payment and all required design information have been received. Prices may increase if the customer requests additional artwork, major changes, specialty materials, expedited service, or a different shoe style.

Customers may request a cancellation before design work, supplies purchasing, or production begins.

Once materials have been purchased, a mockup has been created, or customization has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If the customer supplies the shoes, they must be new, authentic, clean, unworn, and suitable for customization.

Imagine Seven Studios is not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing or discomfort
• Hidden manufacturing defects
• Counterfeit or previously damaged shoes
• Material deterioration caused by age or improper storage
• Damage caused by shipping the shoes to the studio

If customer-supplied shoes are unsuitable for customization, the order may be delayed, modified, or canceled. Charges for completed design work or purchased materials may remain nonrefundable.

When Imagine Seven Studios purchases the shoes, the customer must confirm the brand, style, color, and size before the order is placed.

Imagine Seven Studios is not responsible for sizing differences between brands or shoe styles. Customers should verify their size using the manufacturer’s sizing guide. Customized shoes cannot be exchanged due to an incorrect size selected or approved by the customer.

Estimated turnaround time begins after payment, shoe availability, design details, and required approvals have been received.

Completion and delivery dates are estimates—not guarantees. Delays may occur because of shoe availability, supply shortages, weather, carrier interruptions, illness, or the time required to complete detailed artwork properly.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee but must be approved before ordering.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused package, or returned shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

Imagine Seven Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, loss, or damage occurring after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact Imagine Seven Studios promptly if a package arrives damaged so that a carrier claim can be evaluated.

Custom kicks are wearable art and should be handled carefully. Customers must follow the care instructions provided with the order.

To preserve the artwork:

• Avoid machine washing, soaking, and harsh cleaning products.
• Do not scrub the painted areas.
• Limit exposure to heavy rain, mud, snow, and extreme heat.
• Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Store the shoes in a cool, dry location.

Normal wear, creasing, scuffing, fading, cracking, water damage, and damage caused by improper care are not considered workmanship defects.

Customers must report a suspected workmanship issue within seven calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs.

If Imagine Seven Studios determines that the issue resulted from workmanship, the studio may offer a repair, touch-up, replacement, or another appropriate resolution. The available remedy will depend on the condition of the shoes and the nature of the issue.

Unauthorized repairs, washing, heavy wear, misuse, or failure to follow the care instructions may make the item ineligible for correction.

Reference images are used for inspiration and direction. Unless an exact approved element is provided and legally permitted, the artist retains reasonable creative discretion over composition, placement, color blending, and finishing details.

A custom design will not necessarily be an exact reproduction of another artist’s work or a previously completed pair.

Unless the customer requests privacy in writing before production begins, Imagine Seven Studios may photograph or record the completed shoes and use those images for its website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

Customer names, personal photographs, addresses, and private information will not be publicly shared without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine Seven Studios’ financial responsibility relating to an order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for that order.

Imagine Seven Studios is not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, replacement outfits, travel expenses, or other costs resulting from production or shipping delays.

Payment of an invoice, submission of an order, or written approval to begin production confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted these Custom Kicks Terms and Conditions.
