Return and Refund Policy
All custom, personalized, and digital items are final sale. - Ready-to-Ship Items Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
